Employee Experience involves a holistic organizational redesign that places people at its core for sustained impact.
Employee engagement in its current form has shifted towards short-term solutions focused on perks to boost immediate satisfaction.
Simply put, All Employee Experiences are comprised of three environments:
1) Cultural Environment: The feeling employees get working for your organization
2) Technological Environment: The tools employees use to get their job done
3) Physical Environment: The actual spaces in which employees work
Ratan Manglani is Founder and CEO of Tal Bloom. He is a Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in functions like Recruiting, Learning and Development, Employee Experience, Employer Branding and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). He has worked with organizations like Infosys, National Instruments, Teach For India, Goldman Sachs and Amazon in his career.
Having encountered the highs, lows, and challenges of various workplaces, he firmly advocates for upholding the dignity of individuals in every organizational decision, regardless of its significance, recognizing the invaluable contributions made by those who dedicate their time to the organization's success.
He holds a degree in Business Management (specialization in Human Resource Management) from Christ University, Bengaluru and has certifications in People Analytics from Wharton Online and Emotional Intelligence from Oji Life Labs.
Fun fact: Not only is Ratan one part of a pair of twins, he is also father to twin boys!
